Q: What are the benefits if I register at BoundlessGifts.com?

1) Online access to your order status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please note: You must register prior to placing an order to view your online order status. Online order status is not available for International orders.
2) Checkout is faster and easier because we remember your credit card, billing and shipping addresses with our 100% secure shopping feature. Due to our Fraud Prevention policy, you will have to re-enter your CVV2 code. We Do Not save or store the CVV2 code for your protection.
3) We also remember what’s in your shopping cart, so you can continue shopping where you left off.
4) If you opted to receive emails from BoundlessGifts.com, you’ll also receive special offers and information.
Q: How do I find a particular item?
A: If you’re looking for a particular item, we first recommend using the Search field on our site. Just enter your interest (e.g., camera, toy, lamp, etc.) in the Search Box located on the upper right side of any page on our site. You can enter a theme, product name, product type or product description.
Q: What are your products made of?
A: We have a complete list of our materials and descriptions of each on our product faq page.
Q: How do I order online?
A: It’s easy to place an order online. Select the item(s) you want and click on the picture to get more information. From there, simply select the size, color and quantity, and click to order. Automatically the item(s) you’ve chosen will appear in your "shopping cart" located to the left on top of the category listings. When you’ve finished selecting all of your items and are ready to checkout, simply click "Checkout" to complete your order. You may view, change or delete any of the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Cart" button.
Q: What if an item I want or order is out of stock?
A: Our typical out-of-stock rate is less than 5%, well below industry average. In addition, our Sourcing Department has devoted resources to full-time analysis and reordering of inventory. If any item you order is out of stock, we will notify you by email and either offer a exchange or refund.
Q: What happens after I place an online order?
A: After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Boundless Gifts, so you know the order was received. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Your merchandise will normally arrive within 3-10 business days from the shipping date.
Q: I placed an order, but why didn’t I received a order and/or shipping confirmation email?
A: If you have a Spam Blocker turned on, occasionally some ISP’s will block even our emails. To avoid this, please add our email address info@boundlessgifts.com to your address book.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: You will have 3 payment options at checkout.
1) We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo through our Thawte Secure Site servers at our website. Due to Credit Card Regulations and Fraud Prevention Measures, your order normally ships within 2-5 business days.
2) We accept payments through PayPal, where you can use MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo, and eChecks. Plus, by using PayPal, your order normally ships within 1-2 business days from PayPal’s payment confirmation.
3) We also accept Postal Money Orders for your purchase. Your order normally ships within 1-4 business days after receiving your Postal Money Order.
Q: Is it safe to order over the Internet?
A: Shopping online at BoundlessGifts.com is extremely safe. We’ve done our best to ensure the privacy and security of your transaction with us. Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of safety, security and confidentiality.
All orders placed on our site are encrypted using state-of-the-art SSL technology, so you can be assured that your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and our Thawte Secure Site server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server only.

Q: Why doesn’t my browser work with your site?
A: Ordering from BoundlessGifts.com requires an SSL-enabled browser. SSL compliance also ensures that your transactions remain private and secure.
We recommend using Netscape 4.70 or higher, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.00 or higher. For America Online (AOL) users, we recommend AOL 5.0 or higher. If you don’t have an SSL-enabled browser, use either of these links to download Netscape or Internet Explorer.
Q: Why was my credit card declined?
A: There could be several reasons for this:
1) There might be a mistake in the credit card number you entered. Please check the number, expiration date and CVV2 code (the three-digit code located in the signature strip on back of the credit card), correct any mistakes and try again. 2) Your billing address might not match your credit card address, especially if you moved recently. Please verify that your order billing address matches your credit card billing address and try again.
3) If you are using a International Credit Card, due to the fact that these cards do not have a CVV2 code, you must make payment through PayPal even if you live in the United States.
Q: What is a CVV2 code and why do you require it?
A: The CVV2 code, or Card Verification Value 2, is the three-digit code located after the credit card number on the signature strip of Visa, Master Card and Discover cards. American Express cardholders can locate a four-digit code on the front of the card above the account number. The CVV2 code requires physical access to the credit card thus reducing the risk of Internet credit card fraud.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Our warehouses and fulfillment centers processes and ships orders normally within 1-5 business days of ordering, based on payment method and stock availability. All orders are shipped UPS Ground, Fed X Ground, DHL Ground, or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. UPS, Fed X and DHL typically takes 3-10 business days from the shipping date for delivery to most parts of the United States. Certain areas may take longer. Shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii and outside the United States will result in higher shipping fees. Please email shipping@boundlessgifts.com for availability and shipping charges.
Q: Do you offer Overnight, 2nd or 3rd Day Express Delivery?
A: Yes, Express delivery is available for an additional charge. You should contact us via email at shipping@boundlessgifts.com if you need express delivery. We will notify you of the additional costs within 1 business day. If you e-mail us, please include your name, shipping address and the items you would like a shipping quote for.
Please note: all orders shipped via Express Delivery will receive a invoice through PayPal for your order.
Q: Do you accept International orders (delivered outside of the United States)?
A: Not all of our warehouses and fulfillment centers are set up for International shipping or shipping to Canada. To find out if the item(s) that you are interested in is available for international shipping, please email us at shipping@boundlessgifts.com for availability and shipping costs.
Please note: all orders being shipped outside of the 48 States will receive a invoice through PayPal for your order.
Q: What is your phone number so I can call you with my questions?
A: We do not offer phone support at this time. Instead, we handle all questions and comments via email only. We do this to keep our costs down and pass the savings on to our customers.
