Shipping Information:
Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days, but may take up to 5 business days depending on which warehouse the item or items are shipped from, payment method used and payment confirmation (excluding Holidays and Weekends). Plus, orders placed during the Peak Holiday Season (November 20 to December 31) may take up to 7 days for processing.
Orders paid through PayPal are normally shipped within 1 - 2 business days.
All orders are normally shipped through UPS Ground, but on occasions alternative shipping methods will be used like USPS or FedEx Ground at our discretion. UPS and FedEx will only deliver to physical addresses only.
For faster alternative shipping methods, please contact Boundless Gifts at shipping@boundlessgifts.com, prior to ordering for availability and costs. All orders within the Continental United States will normally arrive within 2 to 9 business days, depending on the shipping method used. Because Boundless Gifts ships from multiple warehouses located throughout the United States, your order may be delivered in more than one box. There is no additional shipping fees to our customers.
Boundless Gifts will ship to APO/FBO Military Addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, but unfortunately some of our warehouses are not set up for deliveries outside of the Continental United States. If you are shipping outside the Continental United States, please email us at shipping@boundlessgifts.com for availability of the item(s) and exact shipping charges before ordering.
All faster alternative shipping methods and orders outside the Continental United States will receive an invoice for their order through PayPal only. There are no delivery guarantees on orders outside of the Continental United States, due to Customs Procedures and Shipping Policies.
Shipping charges quoted at checkout are for the lower 48 States of the Continental United States only.
For delivery using faster alternative shipping methods (3-day, 2-day and Overnight*):
Please follow the steps below:
1) Place item(s) in your shopping cart
2) During Checkout, choose Money Order Option as form of payment
3) In the Comment Box, write which shipping method you prefer (3-day, 2-day or Overnight*)
4) Complete Checkout and Boundless Gifts will email you within 12 hours with the shipping charges for your order.
5) If you approve the total of your order with the new shipping charges. Please email Boundless Gifts at info@boundlessgifts.com with your approval and we will invoice you through PayPal to pay for your order.
6) Click on the PayPal link in the invoice email that you received and you can pay for your order with your Credit Card.
7) Your order will ship in 1 - 2 business days of Payment Confirmation. Plus, you will receive an email from Boundless Gifts with your tracking number and delivery ETA (if available) when your order ships from the warehouse(s).
*Note - Some of our warehouses do not offer overnight delivery.
Returns and Refusals:
To qualify for a return, simply initiate the process (stated below) within 15 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc. and shrink wrap for Books, Music CD’s, Software and Video products). Your refund will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and any restocking fees that apply.
All closeouts and special order products are non-refundable.
Your items must reach the proper Return Distribution Center within 20 days from the original shipping date. Items received after 20 days will not be accepted for return and will be returned back to you.
If the item malfunctions and/or doesn’t work properly, please contact the manufacturer prior to Boundless Gifts.
If the package arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept a damaged package, please make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for us to file a damage claim in the event that the actual product is also damaged.
Before returning any products, please contact Boundless Gifts at service@boundlessgifts.com for your RA# (Return Authorization Number) or RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the proper return shipping address information.
You will receive your RA# or RMA number and further return instructions within three to five business days.
Once you receive your RA# or RMA number, please list it clearly on or near your return label and send it back to the proper Return Distribution Center*.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
Returns and refusals are subject up to a 25% restocking fee, depending on the warehouse that it originated from.
Please allow 20 days after we receive the item(s) to process your credit. Our warehouse and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your refund through PayPal for the purchase price of the item minus any shipping, handling and/or restocking fees.
*Please note that any returns made without a Return Authorization Number printed on the package or shipped to the wrong warehouse will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
All sales on closeout items are final.
