Our customers can rest assure that the only information BoundlessGifts.com collects is for processing orders and if the customer opts for our newsletter (Coming in the future). Credit card information or other financial information is not usually known to the website. In the event that it is made known, that information is never revealed to anyone except to processing authorities or law enforcement agencies. Plus, the provider of such information gives us express permission to use it in fraud investigation and for litigation. Boundless Gifts takes pride in keeping our Customers Private and Sensitive Information Safe and Secure from any other source or company.
 

Spam Policy:

Boundless Gifts has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy concerning spam emails. Spamming has hurt the credibility of all Internet Businesses for some time now and it is NOT a concept that BoundlessGifts.com follows or believes in. Boundless Gifts will never send out unsolicted emails to our customers, who never requested it. The only emails that you will receive from Boundless Gifts are as follows:

  • After orders are placed through our online store.
  • Receive confirmation of order.
  • Shipping confirmation of order.
  • Registration confirmation.
  • When responding to our customer’s questions or suggestions addressed to one of our departments on our site.
  • If our customer subscribes to our newsletter for special sales and promotions.
  • If there is a problem concerning your order that was placed.

Customer Emails, Letters Or Testimonials:

When a customer contacts Boundless Gifts by email or mail, the information concerning your communication is collected to help improve customer service and/or the website. By communicating with Boundless Gifts, you grant us permission to collect, archive and otherwise use the information as the site sees fit. Any communication that Boundless Gifts, with sole discretion, deems to be a testimonial, may be publicized for commercial purposes.

Payments:

Boundless Gifts accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, and eCheck payments through PayPal.

Boundless Gifts also accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express cards through our thawte Secure Site servers.

Boundless Gifts accepts Postal Money Orders for your purchases. Boundless Gifts Does Not accept Western Union Money Orders, due to fraud problems. All orders paid with Western Union Money Orders will be returned to the customer.

Because we require the CVV2 or CID number on all Credit Card purchases for Customer Security, International Credit Card users must use the PayPal option at checkout to pay for their order.

You will be presented with these options when you check out.

Payments made by money orders will be processed within 5 business days of receiving payment. Orders paid by e-check will normally be processed within 4 business days of confirmation of payment by PayPal. Due to the time frame involved with payments made by money orders and e-checks, Boundless Gifts is not responsible for item(s) being out of stock when payment is received. If the item(s) are out of stock when payment is received, Boundless Gifts will return the money order after notifing the customer by email. All e-checks returned to Boundless Gifts will carry a $25.00 return check fee.
Orders not paid for within 48 hours (Credit Cards and PayPal) or 7 days (Money Order) will be automatically cancelled, unless Boundless Gifts is notified of any delays concerning payment. 

Shipping Information:

Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days, but may take up to 5 business days depending on which warehouse the item or items are shipped from, payment method used and payment confirmation (excluding Holidays and Weekends). Plus, orders placed during the Peak Holiday Season (November 20 to December 31) may take up to 7 days for processing.

Orders paid through PayPal are normally shipped within 1 - 2 business days. 

All orders are normally shipped through UPS Ground, but on occasions alternative shipping methods will be used like USPS, DHL or FedEx Ground at our discretion. UPS, DHL and FedEx will only deliver to physical addresses only. Plus, Boundless Gifts may use alternative shipping methods as USPS Priority Mail for faster deliveries and shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FBO Military Addresses. 

For faster alternative shipping methods, please contact Boundless Gifts at shipping@boundlessgifts.com, prior to ordering for availability and costs. All orders within the Continental United States will normally arrive within 2 to 12 business days, depending on the shipping method used. Because Boundless Gifts ships from multiple warehouses located throughout the United States, your order may be delivered in more than one box. There is no additional shipping fees to our customers.

Boundless Gifts will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, but unfortunately some of our warehouses are not set up for deliveries outside of the Continental United States. If you are shipping outside the Continental United States, please email us for availability of the item(s) and exact shipping charges before ordering.

All faster alternative shipping methods and orders outside the Continental United States will receive an invoice for their order through
PayPal
only. There are no delivery guarantees on orders outside of the Continental United States, due to Customs Procedures and Shipping Policies.

Shipping charges quoted at checkout are for the lower 48 States of the Continental United States only.

For delivery using faster alternative shipping methods (3-day, 2-day and Overnight*):

Please follow the steps below:

1) Place item(s) in your shopping cart

2) During Checkout, choose Money Order Option as form of payment

3) In the Comment Box, write which shipping method you prefer (3-day, 2-day or Overnight*)

4) Complete Checkout and Boundless Gifts will email you within 12 hours with the shipping charges for your order.

5) If you approve the total of your order with the new shipping charges. Please email Boundless Gifts at info@boundlessgifts.com with your approval and we will invoice you through PayPal to pay for your order.

6) Click on the PayPal link in the invoice email that you received and you can pay for your order with your Credit Card.

Your order will ship in 1 - 2 business days of Payment Confirmation. Plus, you will receive an email from Boundless Gifts with your tracking number and delivery ETA (if available) when your order ships from the warehouse(s).

*Note - Some of our warehouses do not offer overnight delivery.                                                      

Refunds:

All refunds or partial refunds for purchases made at BoundlessGifts.com will be made through the Credit Card used, PayPal or Money Order. All purchases paid through PayPal, will be refunded through PayPal only. Purchases made by money order will be refunded by money order from Boundless Gifts. Any refund amount will be issued to the person or company stated on the Billed To portion of the invoice only. Refunds for unavailable or out of stock items are normally processed within 24 hours of notice. Refunds for returned items are normally processed within 20 days of receiving the returned item(s) with the RA# or RMA number on the returned package, excluding Holidays and Weekends. Please read our Returns and Refusals policy below for any deductions that might occur.

Order Cancellations:

For order cancellation, Boundless Gifts must be notified via email prior to the shipping processing, usually within 1 to 4 hours of placing the order.

Returns and Refusals:

To qualify for a return, simply initiate the process (stated below) within 15 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc. and shrink wrap for Books, Music CD’s, Software and Video products). Your refund will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and any restocking fees that apply.

All closeouts and special order products are non-refundable.
 
Your items must reach the proper Return Distribution Center within 20 days from the original shipping date. Items received after 20 days will not be accepted for return and will be returned back to you.

If the item malfunctions and/or doesn’t work properly, please contact the manufacturer prior to
Boundless Gifts.

If the package arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept a damaged package, please make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for us to file a damage claim in the event that the actual product is also damaged. 

Before returning any products, please contact the Distribution Center for your item(s) received by writing to the address listed on the warranties or on the Packing slip included with your order, or you can contact
 Boundless Gifts at service@boundlessgifts.com for your RA# (Return Authorization Number) or RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the proper return shipping address information. You will receive your RA# or RMA number and further return directions within three to five business days. Once you receive your RA# or RMA number, please list it clearly on or near your return label and send it back to the proper Return Distribution Center*. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.

Returns and refusals are subject up to a 25% restocking fee, depending on the warehouse that it originated from.

Please allow 20 days after we receive the items to process your credit. Our warehouse and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card or refund PayPal for the purchase price of the item minus any shipping, handling and/or restocking fees.

*Please note that any returns made without a Return Authorization Number printed on the package or shipped to the wrong warehouse will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

All sales on closeout items are final.

Missing or Lost Items:

Boundless Gifts uses the most reliable shipping methods available (UPS, DHL, FedEx and USPS). Some packages may be delayed or lost for reasons out of our control. Please allow three business days beyond the anticipated delivery date before reporting any lost or missing shipments to us.

If you still have not received your product after this time, please contact us via email.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold Boundless Gifts, and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the these terms, or your violation of any rights of another. Due to the dynamic driven content of the Boundless Gifts web site, posting errors can be made from time to time directly from the database. Boundless Gifts can not be held liable for postings made by malfunction or system error.
We continuously update our site weekly, but on occasion, 1 or more of your items might by temporary out of stock or no longer available. If this happens, we will immediately contact the supplier of the item(s) and inform the customer of the situation via email. If the item(s) are no longer available, we will refund the customers purchase price and any shipping charges related to their item(s) within 24 hours of contacting the supplier. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may bring, but we have no control over this matter.

System or Technical Errors:

Boundless Gifts tries to provide data about product and product packaging to the best of our ability. We provide product pictures and full description were available. Boundless Gifts can not be held liable for system malfunctions or incorrect packaging information. Selling price may reflect single item, when in fact the product is packed as a set of more than one. This information is provided to Boundless Gifts by the manufacturer of the product. If a error occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to try and fix the problem. All of Boundless Gifts Store Policies are dynamic. They will continually change from time to time.
